I had some questions, I hope someone can help me. 1. Is it truly safe from a legal perspective? 2. He asked for $10,000.00 - it seems like a lot of people are trying to be growers there. Is $10,000.00 enough? If it is, I'd consider giving it to him, but when markets become saturated, it often requires some kind of edge to get into businesses that are already full of more experienced business people.
