The city of Boulder has rejected 41 applications for medical marijuana business licenses, representing 33 companies.
Here's a look at the businesses that were denied licenses, the type of operations and the city's reason for the rejections. Some of the businesses that were denied greenhouse licenses have not had problems with their retail center applications.

I know that as of yesterday 95% of these still had 'open' signs in the windows so I'm not sure what is going on here w/ this alleged list?

The businesses that choose to go through an appeal process will be allowed to stay open pending a decision.

It appears that 10 of the dispensaries on the list are appealing
