They did reply to me and They said I had no grounds to sue unfortunatley. Thanks for revealing that resource painretreat. I did however get a good deal of satisfaction knowing that he was flamed and had some tail feathers burnt, and according to a (unknown to him ) friendly supervisor he is now looking for a new job because he feels the company deserted him when he was following policy. Sometimes policy is WRONG!! So he feels rejected, lonely and pissed on and that makes me feel better.

Can I sue the supervisor for defamation? Has any one had this come up before? I really think this bastard deserves a few problems. He nearly created one for me by the way the hr people are scared shitless and have suspended all ua until this is settled. I got credit for all hrs away at the lab, and was told that they made a mistake yada yada , and it would not affect Rating: 5
