I am 5'11, 200 lbs and in pretty decent shape. I am generally a weekend smoker now (a few bat hits a night). I was on a little vacation recently so I smoked every day for about a week. I then stopped for 11 days, but then got a little drunk and took one small hitter last Friday the 29th. I have been working out and eating healthy the past couple weeks...more than I normally do.
