workin out on a fresh buzz is good, can actually motivate you to push harder sometimes i think. Bein all stoned and slugish dosnt work at all though.

Ive read a few posts on runners world about 'how terrible it is'. But I certainly enjoy it-does anyone else do this? and if so do you notice a change in performance (up or down).
