need advice where to find someone to build me led light

hi everyone just wondering if anybody know where i can get a quality led light build with my own ratio spectrum and lenses??

ty washmedical i read alot of his posts and looked on his website he looks talks like he knows what he is on about, but weezard
seems to be a bit more my style with his homemade lights. i think i have my spectrums but when it comes to ratio i am a bit
confused because khyberkitsune seems to think that you need around half of red blue( i read a post where he said two red two blue two uv and infrared
so seven all together ) but alot of people has had great grows with "traditionel" led lights(irishboy.dreaded hermie etc..)
now i am not a complete novice and have read lots on led the last six months and some one like weezard and oldmac really have keept me going
when i been about to give up, with the led unit that i have. only because of people like them proving that they can work....
now i had e few led grows but i really would like to find someone that can build me a unit with the bulbs that i want(brand wattage etc) and not
just any old bulb that they in china thinks will do.
i already had one unit made up in china by an american company and i dont think they put in the bulbs i wanted but instead just send me one they had on shelf
not only bulbs but fans VERY noisy and thats before having a look at quality of fans driver etc

ANYONE THAT KNOWS WHERE I CAN GET MY LED UNIT BUILD
