Insurgency is a part of history. Look at post Germany with when former SS soldiers formed an "insurgent group" that set up roadside bombs, sniper actions, and executed civilians that looked to help form a new government. In the U.S. after the civil war there was a group in Missouri that prided themselves on the same actions and wore the ears and teeth of their victims around their necks as a symbol of fear.

History dictates what to look for in the future. As I see it, places such as Germany and the southern U.S. are good benchmarks. As it happened in history, so will it happen in Iraq. Good times will come and a prosporous Iraq will develope.
