Im asking this because I found some CFL lights that can get to be about the equivalent of 400 watt bulbs that fit in normal sockets, use less energy, and NO HEAT. So I see this as being something better than HPS considering they can be REALLY close to the plants even though the HPS might have better quality light for the plants. Rating: 5
