Will I get a drug test?

I was just recently hired at a Khol's for unloading trucks. I've been working there a month(from my orientation date). I was not drug tested after the interview or during orientation. I've also not received any information about when I'm supposed to take a drug test. On the application is said some positions require a drug test but have been given no information besides signing the drug test agreement form during orientation. I haven't smoked in 3 months, so I would pass it. I made do with the synthetic stuff in that time but now it is banned in my state and the closest neighboring state. Do you guys think they will give me a drug test? I don't want to smoke and get notified of the test during my next shift, and I don't want to wait forever to not get tested.

Did you sign this agreement?

If you signed the agreement, you have effectively opened the door wide for your employer to have you drug tested at anytime during the course of your employment. So its best to be prepared.

Even though your state has banned synthetic urine, there are a few vendors online who'll circumvent this by marketing synthetic urine as "novelty/fetish" items.

Or you can find a clean person and start freeze-storing their urine. :thumbsup:
