Drug testing first began at the federal level, then made it's way to the private sector via the "War on Drugs" which is really a war on cannabis.... Our gov is filled with a bunch of people who are willing to accept a paycheck while looking the other way.... It really is sad.... Patriotic congressman hardly exist....they're too rich and busy being above the people to put themselves in the same category, so they don't think about the general population as equal, which is why we deal with the idiotic laws that we do....because we aren't smart enough to know what's good enough for us, we need to be told....

I recently accepted a job that is a really great job, and is, as is seemly becoming the norm for any good job, contingent upon passing a background and drug screen.
