Can Caregivers or Patients "gift" their excess growth?
I am new to HI, and recently got my medical authorization "Blue Card". Like the rest of us who are unable to grow myself (landlord won't go for that) and don't have a caregiver (don't know anyone as I'm new to the island), I was thinking . . . . .
I was told by my Dr. that another caregiver (or authorized grower) could gift their excess, but not sell it. Is this true?
Secondly, I was wondering if you are allowed to exchange NON-MONETARY gifts?
Any thoughts on this? Advanced Thanks
