    Need Some Help Please!!!

My disabled sister whom I care for & I are both medical marijuana card holders and we live in an apt complex & my landlord is harassing me about smoking marijuana on our balcony. I was under the impression that anywhere you could smoke cigarettes, as long as you possess your card you could smoke marijuana. So wouldn't my balcony which is part of my home be a suitable place to smoke??? I hope I'm posting this in the right forum & I am grateful for any words of advice or help. Thank you so much & hope everyone has a wonderful day =)

"So wouldn't my balcony which is part of my home be a suitable place to smoke???"

    So it would seem.

However, I doubt that air-pollution is the real issue in this case.
These contentions usually stem from ignorance.
Does not sound like the best battle to pick when it come to picking battles.

Properly prepared "medibles" are an obvious solution,
Followed closely by a portable vaporizer.

I have a "Magic Flight" hand-held for any situation where my right to smoke might infringe on the other guys right to breathe.

After you address your landlord's concern, he will be much easier to educate about medical marijuana, yah?
Once you do that you can probably "get along" jus' fine.

    Aloha,
    Weezard

I'm not sure posessing a card gives you any real legal right to smoke anywhere, from what my physician said it's just a document to help in the event you are arrested. If it's an issue just smoke it in your apt. if it's a non smoking unit get a negative ion generator(ionic breeze) which will keep the apt. smelling clean.

I wouldn't challenge the apt. manager.

Ditto on above, it's just not a fight you want to pick. I actually prefer edibles, for medical purposes, and there are some easy and VERY effective methods and recipes on another thread here. I was surprised to learn that cannabutter is a very cost-effective, as well ... quite a bit of bang for your buck. Good luck.

I have no way to know what part of NorCal you are in but its been my experience that if you can deal with living in a Mobile Home the landlords are VERY reasonable. Im on my 2nd and even have a plant in my closet. Im in Sac. Bill

Eat your cannabis! It is a better and long high I can go for as long as 4 to 6 hours and use less then what you smoke. I also my candy and eat any where I want and NO ONE know what it is and if ask smile real big and say candy then later you can laugh. I do it all the time.
