Jake you might want to talk to your lawyer.

I have multiple e-mails from Dan Hartman that make it quite clear that:

1) MMCs can not give away free edible samples to patients.

2) MIPS can not give away free samples to patients.

I reconfirmed these exact questions with him today, 8/2/11.
