She did just spend 8 + glorious months "contributing" to what every one in this industry must abide by.
I think that Warren has made it clear, along with Dan Hartman.
NO MMC OR MIP CAN GIVE ANYTHING FREE AWAY. PERIOD!
I'm wondering how much more misinformation you folk's have been spreading???:wtf:
I'd be happy to go over anything you may still have questions about Jake. FREE OF CHARGE.

if you are giving anything away to anyone who's ever spent a dime with you. you are not giving something away. any mmc that has a relationship with a patient - even a patient who is spending their first dime as a patient, is negotiating a merchant-consumer relationship that is fluid and not per-product based.
Go invest your energy in inserting more cannabinoids into your treats. They taste a hell of a lot better than the Buddha Bar, but they still don't work for shit.

I'm not sure what you're so upset about Frank, but I apologize if I offended you in some way. Have a good weekend, bud.

CDS: we got the extra medicated one of the month (iced coffee I think?) the speedball (espresso), the peanut butter cups and Raspberry cheesecake. the thing with her stuff (when you can find a store that isn't out) is it ALWAYS works and the dosage is always very dependable. The only bummer is now that she's legal, if you see her at the show, you have to leave and go to an MMC to get the treats! LOL
I have a friend that raves about the cheeba chews, I'll have to give them a shot.

I'm a sucker for anything coffee flavored. And with the conventions/shows/etc that are coming up, it's going to be hard to match what happened at the High Times Medical Cup. Don't think we'll see an event like that for a while. At least not legally.

For what it's worth, I feel like the Ben's Bank Rolls are pretty comparable to the quad-dose Cheebas. The heavy couchlock and lack of focus made this one a very unproductive experience, as we tended to just float around mentally, hardly processing anything and often just staring blankly. Despite the at-times zombie-like state, our mood was elevated and humor was easy to come by when weâ??d actually pay attention. Hours 2-5 passed like a blur for most of the staff, with hardly anyone moving or doing anything complicated, feeling pain-free and reasonably happy the whole time. The final few hours of the experience were even heavier, ultimately just making us feel tired and ready for sleep. There seemed to be some lingering effects out to almost 10 hours, but the majority of effects were gone by 8 hours after ingestion.

is this in 1284, or does the DOR get to just make up rules on minor details such as this?

The State prohibits sales of items below cost for a commercial advantage. This is rarely enforced but you see examples of it in the liqueur industry and in gas sales. The supermarket chains got in trouble a few years ago for selling gas below cost.
C.R.S. 12-43.3-402 attempts to fix this situation but in doing so only allows below cost sales only to people in hospice care and individuals that have been designated indigent by a state health agency.
MMED claims that they are going to address the "samples" issue, both in regard to MIP to MMC owner and MMC owner to patient, in the next round of rule making.

that about covers it. worry about your own ass. this isn't the place to call out the competition on regulatory details. look around on CL and the mags.
