It doesn't change much. The old law you were only allowed to be caretaker for one patient at a time plus yourself, so that makes a maximum of 30 plants. So all it does is allow you to grow up to 45 plants with a minimum of 3 patients. Its about the only positive part of the whole new bill.

Was never sure how this part works, if 3 patients live in a house, couldn't they always grow 45 plants? Does this new law actually change anything? Is this the new law that Gov Gregoire was so afraid to get right? If someone makes you their caregiver that that exclude you from going to a dispensory? How many caregivers can one have?
