How do they look??

HEllo everyone im about a month into veg stage and i jus wanted to get everyones input on how everythin is looking... here are some pics... And also does anyone know what this is all about... if you look at the last pic you can see the leaf how its got bright patches throughout the leaf.. why is this going on?? its only one of the plants thats doing this and its the biggest out of the 4...

They look good but you can probably get them a little closer to the light.

Great looing girls! The only things I would do differntly would be to remove the tin foil pans they are in and top them to bush them out. But it is not my grow and I don't like people that think they know it all and try to tell everyone how to grow so I don't practice what I preach against. Good luck on the grow!

Closer light and u'll have really nice plants

Just a heads up. Those orange buckets can allow root-rot to happen very quickly. Buddy of mine had similar buckets and his plants took a horible turn about 2 weeks after transplanting into the buckets. I made the comment to him that light may be penetrating through the buckets and reaching the roots enough to cause them to rot or mold. He ended up pulling one up out the bucket and sure as shit, it was rotting/molding around the whole root system because of the light penetrating through the bucket. He trasnplanted into the same buckets (after removing the rotting/moldy soil from the outer edge of the root ball) with black duct tape wrapped around the outer bucket and 2 weeks later they were fine. Not saying this will happen to you but just a heads-up.:thumbsup:

How much Watts is the light?
soil used?
nutes?
etc...

Whenever I see leaf discoloration, I flush and re-nute.
Yes, black tape-up those sides as well.
