original diesel id check
about a year ago my friend traveled to bc and picked up a cutting of this so called original diesel, he said it the real deal not a fake and i would really like to know if this is true (i rarely believe people when it come to this) can anyone here help me identify this strain little more accurately. this is how the store goes my friend dad has always been a biker not a member of the HA but has a lot of friend that are, he told us that he went to bc for about 3 month n hooked up with the local HA hall down in Bc and one of the patch member got to know him n gave him this strain. He then cut three clones off this plant wrapped in paper towel and mailed it to him. The plant itself if it get stressed out (i do travel a lot) will throw out single blade leafs but when healthy usually has 5 blades almost sativa looking, it stink like hell but i heard it spouse to have this spice smell to the original one witch i donā??t think this has. it is also on day 50 n look like it goin to be done on day 56. I have one plant in veg and one on day 50 so i can post pics in both sates if someone here think that they can finally put an end to this question and debate with my friend and i. I really look forward to seeing who replays to this.

Sour diesel has a very unmistakable taste and smell. There are quite a few phenotypes that are crossed with it to so you may have tasted it without even knowing it.
Its hard to explain exactly what it smells like, but honestly you should just google it and compare the bud structure of your plant to the pictures you find. That's the best way to do it really, it has a pretty unique look that shouldn't be to hard to distinguish.
Or you could post a pic and I could ID it for you if you really need an impartial third party. I've had a decent amount of experience with sour d's.
