IRAQ SWEARS IN FIRST ELECTED GOVT. IN 50 YEARS TODAY!!
It's not completely up to Bush or Blair how long we will be in Iraq. If the Iraqi Gov. stated today that they wanted full withdrawal of ALL foriegn troops we would be leaving. If either Bush or Blair decided to get out they would pull their troops. At this point we are in Iraq under the request of the NEW government to try to help with the insurgency, training, and reconstuction efforts. Here is a projection put across by Iraqi national security adviser Mowaffak Al-Rubaie.
