i believe it was the dems spiritual leader ted kennedy who said the day before the iraq elections it would and could never happen?what happened?

i believe it was kerry who cried about our troops not having the right equipment,but the same week,voted against the 50 billion dollars in funding for the troops?

the new govt. in iraq will decide they can take over,they will send an envoy to the states,the powers that be will discuss and then act.
