With your plan to test yourself, youre on the right track. That will help you arrive at a decision as to whether to use your own urine, or sub with the QF.

Just be sure to use the first urination of the day when testing yourself. If youre testing negative with the first urination, youre good to go. :thumbsup:

By then it will have been just over 2 weeks since I last smoked. I am almost 100% certain that the test will be at LabCorp. If I sub I will be using Quick Fix from a local head shop here in Houston. Each method (substitution and dilution) has their pros and cons and I've been trying to make a decision. I smoked for 3 months about 5 days a week prior to abstaining (roughly 1/8th every 2 - 3 weeks). I am 6'3" 190lbs. I've read all the stickies Rating: 5
