Creatine??
Has anyone fed their plants creatine? Every few feedings I add a couple of scoops of a protein powder I take that has creatine in it. A guy at a local hydro shop said he's seen it in some of the newer nutes. In the human body it increases the oxygen flow in your bloodstream to your muscles to help them recover faster, I thought it might be beneficial to the roots but I can't really say whether it really helps or not though.
