random piss test and buds...

So last Friday night and sat morning I toked a bit. I probably smoked 2 small buds. I had not smoked in about a year or more. I have the probability of getting piss tested at random. Even though I have not been tested in about 5 years. It could happen. So, how long till I'm clean? and what can I do to speed it up. I went to the gym yesterday and did cardio for about one hour, I usually go about 3 days a week. I am planning to get some fake piss just in case, so my question is:

from personal experience, who long till I can stop worrying? I am 5 foot 9 180 lbs. btw.

Theres no telling when you'll be clean. You cannot base your cleanout time on others experience because each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into consideration. Only periodic testing with a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day each time) can give you that answer.

Stick with the exercise regime because it is the only proven way to expedite THCA unloading.

Ok... been exercising and eating right. I went to walgreens yesterday and bought a home drug test for weed. It came out negative. $20 bucks. I'm pretty confident that I'm now clean. From the time I smoked to the home test it was five days. I'm sure there is some residual thc in me, but I feel like I could pass a lab test. I sent the sample to the lab just in case. I"ll post my results soon.
