Could I use foods to color my pee?
I have a test in a few hours and I have taken all steps for precaution except getting a vitamin b tablet. I was wondering if I could just eat an egg since it's high in vitamin b-12. I am also wondering if I'll pass. It's been 31 days exactly since I last smoked. I split a dime amongst 5 ppl in a blunt. I'm 5'10 and 160 lbs. I think I did it about 4 times during may and was free all April. The weed is just normal, no special kinds or anything. I think I will pass, but I got alil butterflies. So if I eat a few hard boiled eggs or any food with vit b-2/12 would that be good or Fuck me up?

The proper vitamin to use for color is B2 (Riboflavin). Bran Flakes cereals such as Total or Product 19 are rich in Riboflavin.
Bear in mind that creatinine and specific gravity checks have became the norm in recent years, rendering specimen color the least aspect in determining an overly-diluted sample. Even urine samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below the acceptable limits for creatinine and SG. Therefore, when doing dilution techniques, the focus should be on making sure the creatinine and SG are within acceptable limits. For tips, read up on the Dilution "sticky" thread. To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

Ok, well do think that I will pass? I know that it's the question that is always asked. A lot of ppl say that they are chronic users and detox within a month, but I'm still kinda nervous. :S

Yes that question is frequently asked. And the answer remains the same: Theres no way of telling because each persons body is different and there are too many variables to take into account to arrive at an estimation.
Only periodic testing with a THC test kit (using the first urination of the day) can give you a realistic answer - far more realistic than anybodys crystal ball.To view the Board Rules: http://boards.cannabis.com/introduce...ard-rules.html

If the urine is dilute will u be retested immediately or would those results come from a lab and a retest would be delayed. In other words would dilution at the minimum buy you more time to clean out? What could a company do if you were a repeat dilute urinator?
