What is needed to legaly grow in Washington state?
I have looked online but I'm not sure if these sites are relieable or not plus word of mouth so I'd just like to get the truth from u guys.
So this is what I hear so far. If u have a green cross licence u can legaly grow up to 15 plants. Carry up to 3 ounces on you.
I know there is a vote thing coming up soon and I heard there was something takin off the ballot.

in washington you can have 15 plants, and 24 ounces. a pound and a half. In washington having a medical marijuana card is just a "defense" to charges. You can still be arrested.. but more than likely if you're legal you wont be.
