Re-Potting, necessary?
LIke notanovice said it's mostly about room. If you have the room then go ahead. As long as the soil drains propley you should be fine.

Why is it that nobody just starts from the very beginning with a really large pot? Why not start of with a 5 gallon pot and go from there? It seems to me that this would be most efficient, save the most soil, and you don't have to spend money on 5 different sized pots. Is there a reason why having a seedling in a larger pot would be bad? After Rating: 5
