Is there a best feeding time?

Is there a best time of the day to feed our plants? Right after the lights come on / the sun comes up...mid day...evening? I can't seem to find any concrete suggestions, and am curious. Thanks!

Ive read in many places that lights on or when it starts getting daylight is the best time to water/feed. If you do it before dark you run a chance of mold/fungi cause the moisture stays around longer. Mid day you run a chance of burning the plants up. At first light everything has a chance to dry a little before the main light/heat gets to them. This is just what ive been reading. I cant tell you from first hand experience. I always water and feed mine when lights come on cause its more convenient for me. Just my 2 cents

I've pondered this thought before too and couldn't find anything concrete as to why....

I don't think their is an actual time of day or light/dark period where plants would benefit more from being watered at that particular time.... Cause if you think about it, the water/feed soaks into the soil and moisture stays until the roots drink it up....

Personally, I think the best time to water/feed is when the soil has almost dried....after all, cannabis does best with a wet/dry cycle....

Good thoughts, gents...I appreciate the input. This spring/summer I am doing an outdoor bucket grow. I feed the girls every morning with about 2 cups of Alaska Fish Fert/MorBloom solution (2 tbsp each in a gal of water). Then in early afternoon I give them a good soaking with straight water. The soil is Home Depot's "SuperSoil" brand with about 20% vermiculite blended in, so it drains very well. Unlike being in the real ground, it doesn't "hold" the water very well. The top couple inches of soil are quite dry by the next day, so I'm pretty confident the plants are getting a good wet-dry cycle.
