I would just let them finish by the season, they are fairly small for this time of year so you have about six weeks to get more veg. growth before the natural light cycle starts to change. Be careful feeding them too much miracle grow if you're using MG potting mix as it already has nutrients in the soil, I'd err on the side of caution and not fee them more then 50% of recommended dosages. If you're not challenged for space don't bother topping them, as long as they can't be seen I wouldn't bother and in those containers they aren't going to get that large. If you want to speed the growth up a little you may want to suppliment the light with a few grow lights in the morning and evening.
