I have tested with 100 and it drops too fast for me and hovers around 94. I have to be prepared for up to an hour holding - 30 mins is the average wait I have read. So 110 works well for me and naturally drops while crotched to 99.5 after 30 minutes, then 98ish at 45 mins.
If I get out of my car, signed in, and in the room in 10 minutes (which is fast), it will be at 103 and will take 2 minutes to cool to 98.5-99.

I feel safer with it hotter as my little scientific experiment has proven that this works best for my body (starting hotter that is)

I have practiced with no temp awareness, cooling and counting down, then temping as if I was in the room with no strip, and I did fine.

I would just rather cool it than be stuck.

Thanks for the encouragement, logic tells me to chill because there WILL be a temp strip. Paranoia sets in, then I get nervous.
