I have practiced over and over, I am just nervous because I read a couple people not having temp strips on the cups.
Dont let this worry you.

Just keep your sub bottle at 100F. When you do pour the sub in the collection cup, a temp drop is expected, particularly when liquids are transfered from a warmed container to a container of less temp. How much the temp will drop depends on how cold the empty sample cup felt before you poured your sub in. If the sample cup feels quite cold to the touch, I always "prewarm" the empty sample cup by tucking it in my armpit as I close the bathroom door, unzipping, etc.

Just dont spend unnecessary time zipping up and leaving the bathroom to hand over the sample to the collector, so the sample temp doesnt drop out of the proper range of 90-100F.
