My plant was over three feet tall when i started the flower will it take longer to bud then if i had startted sooner???

no but the finish height depends on strain and so does the length of flower time

I have a nice indica skunk that stretchs mabey 6-8 inches during onset ...my Sour diesel will tripple in size 10 inches becomes 30 in the 2 week onset period.

my skunks finishes flowering in 9 weeks....my SD finishes in 11-12 weeks
