Portable Air Conditioners

I have a small room that I need to cool and dehumidify. I am so confused looking at all the different units available. I am looking to spend around $400 and wanted to know if anyone has bought one and how they like it. I want one that I don't have to drain and that has a tube to exhaust the air outside. The portable Air/Dehumidifier/fan/heater combo's would be the best, I think. Anyone have one they really like??

Picked up a Soleus brand portable unit 5yrs ago.... It's an Air Con/dehumidifier/heater/fan.... Got it for $599.... Probably less expensive now but works like a charm. Comes with a window port connector for intake and exhaust.... Took my summer temps from 100+ to a cool 72....or whatever temp needed....
