I have been completely clean since 3/20/2011 when I had a single smoke session, it was right before a hockey game so nothing crazy. Before that I had not smoked since 1/17/2011, but up until that point, I was smoking 2 to 3 times a week, fairly heavily sessions by my standards, 2 or 3 bowls each time I figure.
