    Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Safety first as alway's , a good cooker hood extractor is a nice addition here as it can smell , and be carefull playing with fire and hot oil .
You will need dried starting material , i used pop corn bud's and sugar trim from several harvest's . Dried and stored .
A large pot and cloth , i used two pairs of gloves to wring , one inner to insulate and large rubber gauntlet type over these .
Fill the pot about a third full with PH'd water lol and bring to boil , add material , at this point i used a hand blender to push it down and blended .
Not sure how much the blended or chopped material need's to be as the good stuff is only on the outside ? But it helped me get it into the pot , i have blended dry before wetting and it was messy .
Next i heated the oil first in the microwave oven then added it ..
Boiled for six hour's making sure there is alway's water in the bottom of the pot , add more if needed , this is the crock pot method where we don't exceed 105 C = 221 ºF
This dissolves the trichomes into the oil or butter without burning and damaging them
