Any knowledgeable advice to share with me I smoked a few bowls about 25-30 days ago and have a pre-employment test to take at lab corp. Beyond that the last time I smoked was in Feb, March. Do I have to be concerned about not passing test

Have you tested yourself with a THC test kit? If not, you should. A home test will tell you a far more realistic story on where you stand than guesswork from other individuals.
When testing yourself, be sure to use the first urination of the day.

and if I fail how should I handle this with employer ?

Being an applicant rather than an existing employee, you dont really have a recourse unless perhaps the employer had taken an unusually special liking to you during the interviewing process. Otherwise, the employer would just move on to the next applicant for hire.
