LEAF problem/color
Hey guys I'm a few weeks into veg on my new crop of ladies and just started to notice some blotchyness and rust marks on a few of the leafs on 2 of my girls.. Ive ran into the "rust mark" problem once or twice in the past but never the white blotchyness on one of them so I'm not sure how to counter this issue so any advice or input of any kind is greatly appreciated  Thanks guyzz..

good morning. so now my question is are you using hard tap water right out from the foist? if so let it stand for 24 hrs before applying so that all the chlorine can evaporate into the air along with all the hard minerals. looking like its from a bit of chlorine from your waterings. have you applied any nutrients yet?

Aerate the water with a fish pump to help the chlorine evaporate and keep your water fresh. It could be a deficiency as well but doesn't look too bad. I'd add a teaspoon of epsom salt to your next gallon of water and give them a diluted foliar spray to speed up the nutrients to the plant, if you don't notice symptoms on your new growth then thats your problem. Cal/Mag deficiency can cause rust spots as well, I just get over the counter vitamin suppliments(cal/mag/zinc) and crush up one vitaman per plant and add it to the water.

Thanks for the input guys.. Im very anal with the water i use actually lol i use all bottled poland spring water lol i check the ph on every bottle as well.. Im using all advanced nutes i feed once a week and water every 3 days or so.. I tried the epsom salt remedy a few days ago but i wasnt to sure of the ratio i should use so i only went lil less than 2tsp per gallon and foilar fed them with that.. But whats really strange is only 2 of the 4 have this issue the other 2 are looking amazing lol.. The new growth on one of the "sick" ones is looking a lot better so maybe i got that one licked.. The other doesnt have any of the rust spots just like white blotches but besides that its growing extremely well.. Im just worried that the problem on the other one is going to come back when i really dont know whats causing it.. Does anyone know the right epsom salt mixture? maybe i can try that again if my mixture wasnt right.. Im going to post more recent pics either later on or tomorrow.. Thanks guys!!

General epsom salt application is 1 tablespoon per gallon, for foliar feeding I dilute that about 4 to 1, I put 4 oz of the solution from the initial gallon and mix it with 28 oz of straight water. 2 tablespoons per gallon is too much and I'd advise flushing them very soon if not today as the salts will build up in the soil and possibly cause problems later on. I dilute all nutrients by about 50% of what is recommended, I fried 6 very nice plants 5 weeks into flowering once and that was like someone sucker punched me twice. It's not unusual for a few plants to show symptoms even if they are all in the same environment. I had a very nice budding plant develop a problem about a month into flowering that none of the other plants experienced and I was never really able to solve it.

First off why do u use that water. Do u know the contents of the water. Secondly, instead of throwing stuff blindly at ur plant why not fill out the troubleshooting form so we can get a real look at what is going on. U have already said u do not know what the problem is so don't just go putting stuff in ur soil. Also, chlorine in the water is not gonna affect ur plant. If someone says it will then they know nothing about plants. I recently switched to tap water this grow and I take it right from the faucet. I should have done this a long time ago.

First is because i have extremelyy hard water where i live annd i used my tap on my first grow and had a lotta issues that were related to hard water and some kind of high mineral i forget what he called it content.. I switched to bottle on my next grow and i would never go back to tap.. Second i ONLY foilar sprayed them twice with a VERYY diluted epsom salt solution which i did only after i did a lot of research on the problem im experiencing so dont go trying to make it seem like im just winging shit over here based off of what one or two people say.. but thanks though
