Web is right on this as well. The lab MRO simply reports to the employer that the test result was a negative/diluted. How an employer will handle a negative/dilute depends on the employer. Some will just accept a negative/dilute as a hunky dory, while others will order a re-test, while still others will simply move on to the next applicant for hire.
