Best Grow lights to get in Ireland

hi everyone

Today i have recived my cannabis seeds and just cant wait to start growing i am a first time grower and just need some advice on what kind of lighting i need to get .. i want to get the full yield out of my 3 babys so can anyone advise me on what will be the best lighting for Vegetative Growth and flowering

There's lots of information on lighting online. For the most yield you should use a metal halide light during veg and a high pressure sodium one for flowering. The power (wattage) depends on how big your grow space is. Around 400w per square meter is about standard.
