ok cool, thats what i was wondering, about stopping 3 days before test. Would it be best to not eat alot/eat healthier during this week and a half? I eat alot of fast food as i am lazy lol. i know that was asked in the post in above thread but you didnt answer that.

I have been smoke free for 6 days as of today and i have to take a urine test at a lab for DOT/coast guard (i am not going in the coast guard but it is a marine job therefor it is done thru the coast guard?) in a week and a half maybe 2 weeks. i took one of those drinks before the pre-employment screen and i guess i didnt do it right b/c after 2 wks on the boat they let me Rating: 5
