white widow 37 days old

my white widow came out of soil in the 1st of March so they have 37 or 38 days old.It,s my first time and i think that it´s going well.I have them in a small closet of 60x80 cm under a 250w hps.They have about 65 cm high and are very bushy. do you think that they are strong enough to start flowering?

jesus man, i just started and mine are nowhere near yours, they are about a week older too. how big is it, about 2 feet?
