On to more positive things. I contacted the reffered group yesterday, explaining my issue briefly and asking what documentation I need to make an appointment. No word back yet, although it's only been one day. Is it better to contact via phone?

I'm not sure if I have some issues as well as I connect through a secure virtual private network which ends up listing my internet info as being in Canada. I'm still new to being out in the open on the topic, so some sort of privacy is a little reassuring. As I side note, anyone curious in connecting in a similar way (through a VPN) I'd be happy to show you how.
