    A few questions on upcoming test. (mainly supplements)

    Hello all,

    I am taking a test in 2.5 days. I have been clean for 10 days, was smoking about a hit a day roughly before i was offered a job. Before that time I was smoking a gram a day, had a seizure (my mom has them & was taking too highly of prescription drugs was the cause, weed not the cause). So i cold turkey quit for a 5wks, after that I smoked one hit a few times over the course of a month.

    I also lift weights 5x a wk. (6' 200lb) Have a pretty fast metabolism and take things like creatine, fat burners, thyroid enhancers, etc. I was wondering how fast some of you guys think or have experienced things like fat burners to get metabolites out of your system??

    I also take healthy fats like fish oil & CLA, have been taking extra fiber pills for a for a wk too. I have also began to take asprin too since reading online so much.

    So what do you guys think?? Do you think the fatburner/thyroid combo will help much?? On top of eating lots of healthy fat and popping fish oil/CLA......


    Also on a side note, a buddy who got home from jail told me himself and a few of his jailbird friends who always toss in 20 grains of salt into their tests. None of them ever failed one test...

    If they did it would tack on 1 yr to their sentence too so needless to say they did not want to fail. But they are not the smartest bunch of guys, they would still smoke all the way up to 2-2.5wks til test time. You would think they would learn after sitting there for yrs but nope.

    Theres no telling because each person is different. Only a home THC test using the first void of the day can give you a realistic answer.

    Fat-burning activities can work against you if your home test is positive and your scheduled U/A is 3 days or less away. Anytime fat cells burn, the stored THC metabolites are released back into the bloodstream, filtered by the kidneys, and deposited in the bladder. Therefore, for those 3 days you want to avoid fat-burning activities and instead, put your body in "storage mode" until after the U/A. That way you wont be releasing a bunch of THC metabolites into the bloodstream, which would end up in the urine to be detected.

    I stopped going to the gym on Thur. test monday. So there will be a 4.5 day break from my last time exercising. I stopped taking the fat burner pills and thyroid enhancer pills today too so my metabolism will drop hopefully and I can go into storage mode. I am still eating a lot of fiber tho. I want to get the metabolites out of my system by using the bathroom.
