will a 250 watt mh be to hot?

i can only grow in a very limited space. the current spot im looking at is 2`10''x3` area 4` high. the light im looking at is a 250 watt switchable and the ballast is seperate from the socket. so i could have the ballast outside the grow room. and the reflector is an air cooled one with a 4'' duct. will this light be to hot or am i in the clear?

If you evacuate the heat from your space it will be 10 degrees warmer then your ambient temps. That being 80cfm can fan

So its up to you friend.
