Oh chiz!!! I don't have much experience with sativas so I don't know when they stop stretching. But I do know for a fact that you do not have enough light. You can either scrap'em now and start over with some indicas or keep them going and see what becomes of it. With 90 total watts though, I don't see your end result being that great.... Sativas have a flowering period of anywhere between 9-12 weeks and sometimes even longer....

UNKNOWN STRAIN WEEK 4 FLOWERING, SEEMS SLOW My 2 plants have both been flowering for 4 weeks now and compared to previous grows it seems slow, I've trimmed all growth from the bottom about 6" up the plant around 3 weeks ago could this have slowed growth by focusing all growth on repair?
