So getting a 400w would probably be more than I really need. I'm only planning on growing two autoflowers at a time from now on, maybe three at most. So I went to the hydro store to see what I could get for the next grow, because this 24" 4 bulb T5 I got just isn't penetrating the canopy.

They had these 250W Switchable Sun System enclosed ballast mini-systems for $200, or $240 with an Agro Sun bulb. Would the 250W be enough for two plants, or should I go with the 400W? I'm growing a medical crop, and I want to produce top-quality medicine for myself.

Any advice would be appreciated.
