i dont see light as your problem, this is the time for them to become strong and gear up for flower. the stress is most likely from hail and brutal pounding rains. and if this happens often enough it could indeed force flowering early...if it doesnt kill them that is. smaller plants will have to become strong or die. the sun will shine and those that survive will inherit the earth. this can drive up prices in the produce market as crops can be destroyed by mother nature. its the ebb and flow of life. greenhouses are effective in cooler climates or otherwise require huge amounts of air flow and cooling measures.
MEDEDCANNABIS Reviewed by MEDEDCANNABIS on . Crazy weather effects on plants?? Generally by this time of the year we would have had a good solid month+ of good sunshine but with the crazy weather patterns this year it's been hit and miss. We had extreme weather a few days ago resulting in heavy pounding rain/hail even a tornado touched down a few miles away. I was able to cover up a few plants but helplessly stood in the rain wondering if there would be any damage. They seem to have pulled through ok even with a layer of hail covering each container. I'm leaving a Rating: 5
