I got kicked on the street at 16,some might say so what.
I say it was the best thing my mother ever did for me,the reasons for this are many but the main one is it made me realise just how easy life WAS.
That's right,I woke up to the realisation I was in the big bad world with no safety net,no-one to do my meals,no-one to do my wash,no-one to borrow money off.
That's the reality of a life on your own,you have it so easy at home but it has a price and that is you live by someone elses rules.
I was never very good at following other peoples rules.
It was difficult at first but I grew up really fast and learned one thing before anything else "everything has a price",this and "nobody gets a free ride" are the lessons I needed to learn.
Personally I'm amazed my mother put up with my behaviour for 16 yrs cause I would've kicked me out much sooner,I was a fuckin monster.
