Help! Are my plants ruined already ?!
Hi, Just went to check on my plants this morning and it seems they have been nibbled at by either rabbits or birds of some sort.
Two plants have had all the leaves ripped off them so the stalk is left, I presume they are definitely now impossible to grow any more?
4 of the remaining plants have got a few leaves left, I'll post some pictures of the current state they are now in. Will they still grow or is there absolutely no point now?
I have now put a cage around them so no more animals can get to them, I wish I did that earlier
Take a look at the photos, cheers guys ! :rasta:

no1 really knows what'll happen. If I had to guess there was only one that looked like it has a good chance of still growing. If I were you I'd go ahead and germinate more seeds and try to get in there before its too late in the season.
Just try better to protect your plants next time with some sort of barrier. Im 99% sure I wouldnt be were Im at this season if I didnt have what I have to keep my plants from bugs and animals.. big and small. My first season out here took me through everything I had to go through to learn my lesson. Bugs and plants literally shredded my leaves apart, deers topped my plants and ate some down to the stalk, rats stripped the bark on the stalk to get water from the plant, animals knocking my pots over. The outdoor thing is one big headache if you dont take care of pests and animals first and foremost. Worrying about food, water, disease and keeping the grow covert is enough work.

Possibly cats, I'm having a similar problem but mine are a lot larger. They're getting to the lower leaves which isn't a disaster but I don't like it.
