This forum has helped, so I figured I would share my story- I took a 3 ounce travel plastic bottle, practiced for days using water and my own urine to make sure I had the temp down pack. I washed out the bottle with water several times before using clean urine (Sponsored by my old man=21 year difference) . He said he takes fish oil, vitamns and propecia (hair loss meds) everyday.

I get the urine 30 mins before test- I was sweating and shaking. The color of the urine was a really light yellow (He said he had coffee and 18 oz of water today).

Closed door- no questions asked- no problem on the transfer- it looked like she already pre-checked the tempature, cause on my sheet it says 90-100 F -YES.

I just need some reassurance from some experts- it seemed a little too easy to subsititute.
