I'd dilute that fert too if I were you. Hot stuff. You see how the leaf blade tips are curling upward? That's because the plant is too hot and what it's trying to do is create more transpiration, to carry the heat away. So you're right about it being to hot there, but what do you expect for a West Sac garage grow? That looks like a fairly new house and these days, builders don't put insulation in garages. They will sheetrock it, but not paint too, to save money. Nice huh? So a helpful thing would be to actually determine whether or not there is insulation behind the walls and if not, tear out the sheetrock and put some in the event you plan on growing through the summer. Also might be needed in the garage attic. You won't be able to grow in Sac when it's 115 degrees out however. So you might be an indoor seasonal grower. Nice find on that fan by the way. Those good ones are not cheap when new. Pretty cool.
