Question about GHE and Ripen

Hi there

Its first time im growing with GHE flora serie.

Im used to give the plants plain water the last 10 days to flush out chemmicals but my GHE feeding chart tells me to use Ripen (60ml/10l, NPK 0-6-5) for the last 10 days.

Any Ideas why GHE dont want me to flush?
